Our Wireless Sales Consultant: 

  • Must meet or exceed sales goals by closing sales, overturning objections, negotiating contracts, and upselling products and service
  • Proactively engage in conversation with potential new customers in a positive and warm manner 
  • In simple terms, explain the benefits of our services and products to consumers directly 
  • Listen to concerns, understand, and problem-solve issues in a polite and empathetic manner 
  • Recommend personalized solutions to customers to improve sales margins and increase customer satisfaction 
  • Attend meetings and sales training classes to enhance knowledge of our products, clientele, telecommunications services, sales promotions, and new sales techniques

Requirements: 

  • Background in Sales, Wireless Sales, Telecommunications, Customer Service, or Client-facing 
  • Confident, outgoing, and energetic 
  • Excellent at presenting information directly to customers and closing sales 
  • Proven ability to overturn objections, solve problems, and drive sales margins 
  • Go-getter with a can-do attitude and hunger for success 
  • Charismatic, charming, and professional demeanor 
  • Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time 
  • Reliable transportation
